The Riot House
originally located in cielo - a second location, doll-owned, later opened in arcadia - the nightclub-hotel hybrid is notorious for its famous guests and their even more famous shenanigans. sodapop cola once rode his motorcycle around the pool to the delight of sunbathing girls; kathleen once crashed her towncar - nicknamed "the gravedigger" - into the foyer; the list goes on and on...
The Dollhouse
upon her first book deal in 2007, the doll purchased property on 312 "skid row" near downtown arcadia; the home was occupied by herself, then boyfriend jimmy kiss, bodyguard headlock and her live-in caretaker trotsky until 2012 when she moved to cielo.
the two-story £2.7 million flat has four floors, oak floors throughout; a biblical fresco stretches from the walls to the floor in one room. a glass chandelier hangs above a claw-foot bathtub in another - as one dollhouse guest put it, "each room is lovelier than the last"
The Love Shack
after moving from arcadia, kathleen eventually settled in her cielan summer home, nestled in the primrose canyon, off of lonesome lane, the house oversees the valley from lookout mountain.
the doll's domicile is set back against dense trees and thick flowers; hidden in the folds of the land.
she lived here with her then boyfriend joey kiss.
the sweeping property features a french chateau-styled two-story mansion, seated between a four-car garage and greenhouse in the front and a caretaker's cottage in the back. lush gardens dot the estate and a lavish mountain pool peeks out near the edge of the land from a hidden grotto.
The Coco Cave
recently purchased on the tropical isle of grimaldi, the grandiose mansion is located on a tropical stretch of land in the cocoanut gables neighborhood near the grimaldi bay. fit for royalty, the home hosts three acres worth of gardens - including an orchid garden and a hedge maze - several freshwater swimming pools and a private beach accessible only by boat. the mansion itself has 13 bedrooms, eight bathrooms, secret passageways, an entire wing dedicated to the doll's personal library and an underground studio.
the estate was originally purchased as a "family home" for kathleen and joey and their child quetzalith lux.
